TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS…

Our on-line catalog is not intended to be used as a parts interchange, nor does it guarantee availability at all times!  However, many parts listed in this catalog are available from our large inventory for immediate delivery.  Parts not recycled by us, but purchased from our suppliers can cause availability to be beyond our control.  As always, we will do everything possible to supply you with quality parts when you need them.

Most steel bumpers 25 years or older may suffer from severely rusted metal beneath the plating.  This is often not evident upon visual inspection, but will be discovered after repair of the bumper is already begun.

Because of this condition, all older bumpers submitted for recycling are done so at the owner’s risk.  Occasionally, hidden damage, may cause a bumper to be rejected as un-repairable after it has been started.  In this case, the customer’s part will be returned without delay.

CREDIT

Credit approval is obtained by submitting a credit application.  All credit sales are due and payment net on the 10th of the month following the purchase.  Any charge sales not paid by the 30th of the month due will result in all further sales C.O.D.

Past due amounts will be service charged at the rate of 1.5% per billing cycle.

A $20.00 service charge will be collected on all returned checks, which must be replaced by certified funds.

CORE POLICY

All bumpers are sold on an exchange basis. A repairable core is required in exchange.

RETURNS

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and are subject to a restocking charge.  To receive full credit, parts must be wrapped and in good saleable condition.  No credit will be issued on parts that have been painted or altered in any way.  A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any parts that are over 90 days from the date of the original invoice.  No credit will be issue on parts that are over 180 days from the date of original invoice.

All prices in the current catalog are subject to change without prior notice.

WARRANTY

All products recycled by our company carry an unconditional lifetime guarantee against defective materials or workmanship.  In the unlikely event of failure we will happily provide you with a replacement.

Warranties on products distributed by us and purchased from another manufacturer will carry that manufacturer’s warranty.

FREIGHT

For customers out of our immediate delivery area we have a nominal freight charge.  This charge is variable by the number of pieces ordered and the area in which you are located.  Contact your sales representative for the charges that apply in your area.  We pass along all C.O.D. charges.
